"I'm sorry I can't hear you over the volume of my hair"
If you love big voluminous hair like me then you are going to love today's hair post! It is insane to say that the holidays are right around the corner and that means lots of sparkles in my wardrobe, lots of metallics in my makeup looks, and lots of voluminous curls for my hair. Thanks to these two Got2b® products, I am absolutely covered this holiday season. I recently picked up the Got2b® Volumaniac Hair Spray and the Got2b® Volumaniac Mousse from Walmart's hair care aisle and they gave me the perfect volume I always look for when I curl my hair. These products are super affordable, plus you can earn $1 with Ibotta on all your favorite Got2b® items here!
Today, I am sharing a tutorial with you guys on how I curl my hair and get all the volume you see. You know what they say, the bigger the hair the harder they stare. Seriously guys, if you want to go crazy with insane volume from root to tip these two babies have you covered. It has a root boosting system that creates an insane lift! Got2b® is a great hair brand: they have an amazing line of hair care products for volume, silky straight styles, and touchable textures. You can say they are the styling range for hair with attitude.
Even though I cut my hair in a bob and usually maintain it that way, I am still able to curl my hair with no problem with the help of the right products and a curling wand. So let's get into this hair tutorial, shall we?!
How To Achieve Voluminous Curls
-After I wash my hair I apply the Got2b® Volumaniac Mousse all over my hair to get that pre volume in there while I blow dry my hair and so it doesn't fall too flat
-Next, I blow dry my hair with a round brush and a blower
- After my hair is dry and straight I go ahead and part it down the middle. I like to work in two sections because it makes it easier and gives you a starting point especially if you have long hair.
- I usually start with my left side because when I part sideways I part to the right and I like to leave that part for last. I use a 1"-1 1/2" curling wand and start curling away from my face. I've seen a lot of people start with the bottom of their hair but, to me, it is much easier to start from the top.
-After each curl, I keep the curl form and pin in with a bobby pin while I finish the rest of my hair.
- Now I do the same to the other side. Curl away from my face and pin.
-The front part of my hair is what I leave for last as I curl my hair more towards the front of my face. This gives the desired effect of appearing as if I have more curls in the front. (It's my personal preference)
-Now it's time to tease and spray with Got2b® Volumaniac Hair Spray after I unravel all the curls. I tease them with a skinny tooth comb. After they all unravel, I start spraying all over.
Here's my before I spray....
and here's my after!
These products are amazing and left my hair with so much volume, which is JUST the way I like it! I hope guys enjoyed this tutorial: if you want more hairspiration, then please check out Got2b® on Instagram. So many amazing hairstyles and more of their great products.
