Today I am celebrating four years of Patty's Kloset! Yahhhh! 🎉Well, actually my blog officially turned four last Friday, November 10th and guess what... I forgot! Two nights ago when I was laying in bed trying to go to sleep (when I seem to do my best thinking) I realized my blog had turned four last week and completely forgot to acknowledge it. It's been a busy few months on the blog so I guess it's a blessing I forgot, due to being busy. I didn't want to do any special shoot for it like in the past but I definitely wanted to acknowledge the milestone. This blog is my baby and my job so I had to do a post to give it some type of recognition and to also thank you guys for following along on this journey. I know I say it every day but I thank you for all your love and support for this platform.


I love going down memory lane and seeing how far this blog has come and how much it has evolved. From time to time I go back to my very first post and just laugh. I was so shy about taking pictures and I would always take them in a small park that was right in front of my apartment back in NJ. I had no idea about lighting, locations, and heck I used to shoot my looks with my husband's iPhone. I love that my blog has evolved and started growing with baby steps,  instead of overnight success. Do I sometimes wish I had the overnight success and wish the blog was at another level? Yes, but at the end of the day, I feel that growing one step at a time and working hard at it makes me appreciate what I have more. Aside from the fact that this is my full-time job this blog is truly my baby. It's been with me through me getting married, moving to another state, leaving my corporate job and many other personal life moments. I couldn't be happier with where it is today and I'm excited to see where it takes me next year and into the future. 

These four years have been amazing and I truly thank you guys for coming along for the ride. Whether you're new here, have been reading since day one, or just come by for outfit inspiration: whether you come to laugh at my stories, tips, or just come to escape the reality of this crazy world we live in, thank you. It means the world to me!💗
