Belt bags or fanny packs (however you want to call it) has been a huge trend lately. As for me, the timing of wearing one is off since I'm pregnant and my belly is growing by the minute. I was able to find one at Forever21 with a large belt but let me tell you it's hanging by a string because it's on the last buckle. Lol. #pregnantproblems I probably won't be wearing this again until after the baby because I can guarantee you after today it won't fit around my waist. I love belt bags though especially if you are like me. Sometimes I go through a phase where I don't want to carry any big purses or any purse in my hand for that matter. I think a belt bag is perfect. Nothing to hold and not a bulky bag! It also makes a nice statement to your outfit.

I'm not much of a mix print kind of girl but I decided to mix these checkered pants with this super comfy striped sweater. It was a subtle mixed print which works for me. The belt bag, cabbie hat, and over the shoulder denim jacket were the perfect accessories to liven up the look a bit.
