I honestly still can't believe the holiday season is here but hey bring on the holiday parties, right? It's the season of dressing up and many holiday events, parties, and gatherings. If you need a little inspiration on what to wear here goes my first holiday look I'm sharing with you guys. It's already my favorite probably because it includes a little leopard. I'm a big fan of the print and just couldn't let this holiday season pass on by without creating a leopard look. I also love to wear red during the holidays, not that you need to wear red to create a killer holiday outfit but it's such a festive color.
I paired the leopard skirt with this red bell mesh sleeve loose top from Lookbook Store and if you have been following my collaboration with them this is the last look. (Check out the other two here and here.) I love a good sleeve that makes a statement and this top does exactly that. Red and leopard go together very well, it's the perfect match if you ask me. I also love the little poof on the shoulders. So 80's! If you don't know I love that era, music and fashion.
I must confess something though. There's one part of this look I don't like much and regret wearing it. The shoes!! I wish I would have gone with a softer shoe choice like maybe pumps. Trying on outfits at home and looking at yourself in the mirror is very different than when you see it on camera. That's my one regret from this look. What do you guys think, comment below. What would be your shoe choice?
