"Moms are the superheros of the world"
Happy Mother's Day to all the super moms today. It's my first official Mother's Day, given I was pregnant last May and Leah was still cooking in my belly. Being a mom has changed my life so much. It's one of the hardest yet rewarding jobs I've ever had. When I was pregnant I seconded guessed myself all the time and wonder will I be a good mom, will I know what to do, will I know all the answers. I think I was consume with trying to be the perfect mom because I always try to be the best at everything I do in life. However, this mom job is different. There's no such a thing as a perfect parent and when Leah was born it just kind of came natural to me on what's best for her and how to be her mom.
Everyday seeing Leah grow up before my eyes sometimes just makes me want to cry to knowing I gave birth to this cute, funny, and sweet little human. This title requires a lot of patients and selfless decisions. I appreciate my mom and grandmother who raised me 100 times more now. I knew being a mom wasn't the easiest thing but I never understood it until I became one.
So if you're a mom of one, a mom of 10, a step mom, a foster mom, all moms happy Mother's Day! I hope all you super moms enjoy today exactly how you want! In case nobody has told you: you are doing a great job and you are a great mom!
Happy Mother's Day super moms!
