A Dress Remix : Day to Night

Here's another Valentine Day inspired look, which I hope helps you guys see how you can take a dress from day to night with just a few small tweaks. This look was also featured in this month's issue of Jersey Fashionista magazine, which I'm really excited about. 

The Day Look

For the day look, I wanted to keep it simple. When I saw this dress I immediately fell in love with the pattern and length. It's chic AND classy. I kept the black theme going with a large black tote and black and white pumps. I added the glasses to give the outfit a bit of an simple day vibe. (These are my real prescribed glasses). The look says simple and sophisticated for a day time Valentine activity.

The Night Look

For the night look I let my hair down and tossed the glasses for some fun. Adding simple finishing touches turned this day look into a ready to party night look. I added red accessories to bring the dress to life. This red statement necklace, which I adore, definitely did the trick. I, also, added a bold red lip; that always spruces up an outfit.
