It's Friday eve guys!
Any plans for the weekend? My little sister, my mini-me, is turning 16! I remember when I used to hold her and take care of her and now she's busy going to teen bashes and wearing crop tops :( LOL
(failed attempt at my girly swirl)
(being silly)
"Life is an empty canvas, and it's up to you how you want to paint it."
It's one of my favorite quotes and for some reason this outfit reminded me of that. I did a lot of color mixing here. Tulle skirts have been trending this season. I got this one during the Spring and I loved how it fit me. I didn't feel too ballerina-like because it wasn't overly puffy. I had worn this tulle baby during the spring (here) and this time I turned it to a complete summer look by pairing it with this multi color floral crop top. I had only worn this crop top once this summer so I decided to wear it on the blog. I'm trying to wear all of my summer pieces before summer is gone. The floral print mixed with the soft pink of the skirt gave this look a very soft and girly vibe, which I loved.
I was going to play it safe & wear black heels but decided to "paint my canvas" with a bit more color. I searched in my Kloset for something a little more colorful and paired the outfit with these sea green ankle strap heels. To keep the colorful scheme and finish the look, I added a purple lip. Colored lips are always fun.
