When Summer Meets Fall

Aside from September being the month of back-to-school and pumpkin spice everything, it is the month where summer meets fall. The two seasons come together to bring us the best of both worlds: a nice cool breeze with good sunshine. Fashion wise it can get a little confusing because it's too hot for a heavy sweater and it's definitely, not short shorts weather either. For me, I love my wardrobe in September because it's double the trend. I pieced this look together with both seasons in mind. 

This top is fall perfection when I saw it. The long bell sleeves are super cute and of course, you guys know how I feel about embroidery. I'm slowly starting to cover up skin as September approaches. I paired the top with a midi white denim and my favorite lace up heels from Zara. They are my summer favorites but work well for the transitional weather depending what you pair it with. These are one of tallest heels I own but I love how elongated they make me look. I guess all shorties like to look tall once in awhile. 

What are some your favorite transitional pieces? September can have us seasonally confused sometimes but it's so fun to mix to seasonal trends at once.
